Refund Policy

Stair Studio is free to design with. Pro is a single one-off payment that unlocks clean exports. Here's how refunds and cancellations work.

1.Try it free first

You can model, run the safety checks and preview watermarked drawings without paying. We encourage you to make sure Stair Studio fits your workflow before buying Pro.

2.What you're buying

Pro is a one-off digital purchase that removes the watermark and unlocks clean SVG and PNG exports. There's no subscription, so there's nothing to cancel — you simply own the unlock.

3.Our refund promise

If Pro isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you, provided the licence hasn't been clearly misused. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, we may ask a quick question about what didn't work so we can improve.

4.If something's faulty

If your licence key doesn't activate, exports don't work as described, or you were charged in error, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. Problems caused by something on your side (for example a browser that blocks the licence check) — we'll always try to help you get it working first.

5.How to request a refund

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the email address you used at checkout and your order or licence details. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so refunds are processed back through them to your original payment method.

Your consumer rights: nothing in this policy limits the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the 14-day window above.
